Garments must be returned within 28 days of original despatch date unworn and unwashed. The sexyme.ie exchange/return form must be included with the garment when returned. Sexyme.ie does not take responsibility for garments not received if a customer attempts to send a garment to us via non registered post. Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of our products we can not accept returns on hosiery and personal lingerie (babydolls, teddies, etc.).
Sexyme.ie is unable to accept garments that have had the polybag packaging removed, tags removed, been worn or washed and the garment must be in "as received" condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for new garments required by a customer. Sexyme.ie will either exchange the garment and add re-delivery charges or refund the amount of the garment, less the original freight charges.
No redelivery fee is required for exchanging a size.
Sexyme.ie will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour garment you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
